This course introduces the Social Styles model, giving you a simple, practical way to identify your own style, observe the styles of others, and adapt your communication to improve teamwork, reduce conflict, and increase influence.

We acknowledge that this territory is home to the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3, within the historical Northwest Métis homeland.
