Emotional intelligence (EI) is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage one’s own emotions while also interpreting and responding to the emotions of others. High EI supports better relationships, stronger leadership, and greater resilience. This course explores the foundations of EI, including personal awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and social skills.
