Speaker: Marissa Reckmann
Chief Executive Officer - AGAT Laboratories

Marissa Reckmann is the CEO of AGAT Laboratories. With over 18 years of experience in analytical laboratories, energy resources, renewables, and environmental consulting, she now leads AGAT’s global strategy and expansion. Under her leadership, AGAT has expanded its service lines across North America and grown its presence in key energy and renewable markets including hydrogen, geothermal, lithium, and carbon sequestration. Marissa also serves on the advisory board for clean-technology initiatives and the AGAT Foundation. In recognition of her leadership and contributions to the energy and environmental sectors, she was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal by the Government of Alberta in 2023.

Andrea Lougheed is a senior geotechnical and environmental engineer at BGC Engineering. Andrea brings technical expertise and leadership experience to her role, and advocates resilience, determination, and professional integrity when addressing industry biases.
Speaker: Jocelyn Peltier-Huntley
Principal & Owner - Prairie Catalyst Consulting

Dr. Jocelyn Peltier-Huntley is a professional mechanical engineer, researcher, and consultant. She is the Founder and Principal of Prairie Catalyst Consulting, a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consulting firm. Jocelyn has more than two decades of technical and leadership experience in the mining and mineral processing industries across Canada. In her current role, she leverages that technical background along with her academic credentials, a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, M.Sc., and a Ph.D., to help organizations examine and improve workplace culture, inclusivity, and equity. A recognized DEI leader, she was named an DEI Champion by Engineers Canada. Through Prairie Catalyst Consulting, she develops practical, stakeholder-engaged solutions that allow companies to overcome structural barriers and build inclusive, high-performing workplaces.
