Darrell Haight is the President, CEO, and co-founder of Trace Associates Inc. (Trace). Mr. Haight and Ms. Rhonda Smith co-founded Trace in 2006 in Calgary, Alberta. Darrell has over 20 years of experience in business operations and strategy, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Under Darrell’s leadership, Trace has grown to over 90 employees, including over 45 employee-owners across Western Canada. Darrell still oversees Trace’s recruitment program and enjoys helping young professionals find their best fit in the Environmental Industry.
