Strengths-Based Coaching is a course designed to help leaders, coaches, and professionals unlock the potential in others by focusing on what’s right with people, rather than what’s wrong.
Most development models start by asking, “What’s wrong?” Strengths-Based Coaching asks, “What’s strong?” This course helps leaders, coaches, and professionals guide others to tap into their natural talents, reframe challenges, and perform at their best by focusing on what energizes them.
