Scope management is the method of determining what work needs to be completed and its alterations. This course informs the viewer about scope management’s effectiveness, performance, and importance. It teaches about recognizing project requirements and the challenges of the scope of projects.
Risk management is the ability to determine and inspect risks in a project and how to avoid or reduce them. This course teaches how risks can affect a project, for example, how health and safety aspects can affect a project when out in the field.
Cost Management will instruct on carrying out responsible monetary projects. It explains how to handle budgets and cost challenges. It also demonstrates the need for good cost management and how it should appear in projects.
