  • Explore the COIN model to give clear, specific, and actionable feedback.
  • Understand emotional responses to feedback and how to manage them.
  • Practice giving and receiving feedback with a focus on growth.

 

Session 3: Mastering Change - September 16, 2025

  • Identify the stages of change and common human reactions.
  • Explore the mindset shifts needed to lead change well.
  • Understand how to reduce resistance and foster buy-in.
  • Learn a practical framework for planning and communicating change.

 

Session 4: Communication Strategies - September 18, 2025

  • Recognize your communication style and how it affects others.
  • Learn key strategies for clarity, influence, and emotional intelligence.
  • Practice adapting your message for different audiences and contexts.
  • Use communication to align teams, reduce friction, and strengthen relationships.
