Define project risk and discuss how to manage it in 5 clear steps.

Environmental professionals will spend much of their careers working on various projects. Many of these professionals will then transition from being part of a project team to leading a project team as a project manager.

Project managers are responsible for ensuring that project objectives are met for a successful outcome. Part of the project management process is handling any potential events or circumstances that could impact key project constraints, known as project risks.

Many successful projects succeed because the project manager has handled these risks well, and conversely, many projects fail because of poor risk management.

In the latest webinar, as part of our partnership with them, hear from the co-founder of Meridus, an organization dedicated to providing best-in-class project management training for the environmental and engineering sectors in Canada.
