The 2026 edition of ISO 14001 is an evolution, not a rewrite. The core EMS framework remains intact, but expectations have been sharpened in ways that affect every certified organization, from how climate change and biodiversity are addressed in organizational context, to new requirements around change management, supply chain oversight, and leadership accountability.
ISO 14001:2026 was published in April 2026, replacing ISO 14001:2015 and opening a three-year transition window for certified organizations. This free one-hour webinar gives EMS professionals, auditors, and sustainability practitioners a clear, practical breakdown of what has changed, what it means for their systems, and how to begin planning a confident transition before the April 2029 deadline.
Led by Dr. Yogendra Chaudhry, a long-standing contributor to ISO 14001 since its early development, this 1 hour session bridges the gap between the updated standard and real-world practice. Participants will leave with a clear picture of what to review, what to update, and what practical steps to take to begin a smooth transition.
This session is built for certified organizations, EMS professionals, and auditors who need to act with confidence; not wait for their certification body to tell them what to do.
