In this webinar, Brendan Stephen and Karen Degge provided a comprehensive overview of ECO Canada’s programs and resources aimed at helping individuals, especially young professionals, succeed in the environmental sector.
It covered wage subsidy programs and full-time initiatives, including eligibility criteria, funding amounts, and application procedures for both candidates and host employers. The session also highlighted the importance of developing both technical competencies and soft skills for career advancement, as well as the availability of online courses and other resources to support job seekers.
