GHG Regulations & Programs provides an overview of climate change and its current impacts, introduces key international frameworks such as the Kyoto Protocol and Paris Agreement, and explains Canadian GHG and climate‑related regulations shaping emissions management and policy compliance.
Emission Quantification focuses on the fundamentals of GHG emissions quantification and reduction, guiding learners through emission inventory development and the selection and application of appropriate emission factors for accurate reporting.
GHG Reduction Targets & Offsets introduces GHG reduction strategies and the net‑zero concept, while exploring sustainability reporting standards that support credible target setting, tracking progress, and the use of offsets.
Case Studies provides learners with hands‑on, scenario‑based applications of GHG management concepts through four real‑world case studies, allowing participants to analyze challenges, apply methodologies, and develop practical solutions in realistic contexts.
