Principal - Simplify Energy Consultants Ltd.

Adam Trovato is the Principal at Simplify Energy Consultants Ltd., where he leads energy-efficiency and sustainability consulting projects for commercial, Indigenous, municipal, and institutional clients. He pushes forward outcome-based solutions and long-term value for buildings and communities. With extensive work in Indigenous communities across Western Canada, including Bearspaw First Nation and the Métis Nation of Alberta, Adam provides tailored support through energy audits, community plans, and funding applications. A dedicated industry advocate, Adam volunteers as Vice President of the Association of Energy Engineers (Alberta Chapter). He sits on the Alberta Energy Efficiency Alliance board, and his achievements earned him the 2023 Young Energy Professional of the Year Award.
