Matthew Ocando is an Electrical EIT and Regulatory Analyst at the Alberta Utilities Commission. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Digital Engineering from the University of Calgary and has applied his skills towards technical projects and applying innovative solutions in the utilities sector.
