Speaker: Clifford Sukhai
International Strategic Counsel

Clifford Sukhai is an International Strategic Lawyer called to the bar in Alberta and Saskatchewan, as well as internationally in Trinidad & Tobago and Guyana. With over 25 years of experience advising business owners, investors, and leadership teams on corporate law, governance, and cross-border legal strategy, he brings a uniquely global perspective to complex legal challenges. Through his practice, CASlaw, he specializes in corporate structuring, asset protection, and risk management, helping organizations build frameworks that are efficient, scalable, and defensible across multiple jurisdictions.Clifford currently serves as Legal Counsel at ECO Canada, where he leads regulatory and governance matters, including navigating provincial professional legislation and advising on the legal affairs of ECO Canada's Canadian and global operations. His environmental legal work is grounded in a deep understanding of compliance, regulatory frameworks, and the governance structures that underpin responsible environmental practice.
