Co-owner, Airtight Engineering Inc.

Matt is a co-owner of Airtight Engineering Inc. He is a Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Systems Engineering. Matt specializes in energy modeling and mechanical design for high-performance buildings. He has had the opportunity to work on housing retrofit programs in a number of First Nations communities, and continues to learn about housing needs and challenges in these communities.

Steffen is a co-owner of Airtight Engineering Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Bioresource Engineering. Steffen specializes in energy modeling and mechanical design for high-performance buildings. He has worked with numerous First Nations communities to provide training about home comfort, health, and energy efficiency, and continues to learn about the features and needs of First Nations housing.
