Workplace and Regulatory Investigator

With over 20 years of experience in criminal intelligence, regulatory investigations, and public safety, Lori Ann Walsh brings a broad and informed perspective to workplace investigations. Her career includes roles as a Criminal Intelligence Analyst with the RCMP and Edmonton Police Service, a parole officer for high-risk offenders, and a licensed senior investigator managing complex third-party cases across multiple provinces. She has also supported public bodies in access and privacy oversight, ensuring transparency, privacy, and legislative compliance.Lori Ann holds a BA in Sociology and a Diploma in Criminology. She continues to guide public and healthcare organizations through impartial, trauma-informed investigations grounded in integrity and procedural fairness, fostering psychological safety, proactive disclosure, and early resolution.

Director/Owner at JPW Investigations Inc.

With over 35 years of experience in law enforcement and private security, John Wilson brings extensive expertise to workplace investigations. He has led major crime investigations across Canada, including homicide, corruption, and organized crime. A seasoned undercover operator and licensed Private Investigator in multiple provinces, John has conducted hundreds of polygraph examinations and trained thousands in advanced interviewing techniques.As former leader of the Alberta RCMP Interview Assistance Team and Operations Officer for the Eastern Alberta District, John retired at the rank of Inspector. He is now Director and Senior Investigator at JPW Investigations, providing impartial, professional, and rigorous investigative support to regulatory and workplace matters.
