Technical Director - Origin Environmental

Kaitlyn Petrin is the founder of Origin Environmental, established in 2018, which provides environmental training and consulting services for Indigenous communities across Canada, focusing on ECO Canada’s BEAHR program. She is passionate about teaching, building strong, lasting connections with her students, and shifted her career from environmental monitoring to education after discovering her love for delivering the BEAHR program.

President and Owner - Indigenous Visions Inc.

Carol Crowe is the founder and president of Indigenous Visions Inc. An environmental professional with over 20 years of experience in consulting and training, she focuses on integrating Traditional Indigenous Knowledge with Western science. She has trained more than 650 Indigenous Environmental Monitors nationwide, emphasizing community stewardship and collaboration with corporations and government. A certified Environmental Professional with ECOCanada, Carol also provides customized training in cultural competency, team building, and strategic planning. She has received multiple awards for her work and co-authored a children’s book, Anahareo Saves the Beaver, promoting conservation and Indigenous teachings.
